Pricing, answered

What does the 5% transaction fee apply to?

Ticket and item sales taken through the platform. It appears in the events dashboard while you are still setting the price, so you can add it on top of the ticket or absorb it and see the margin either way.

Is Events Only enough if I run gala dinners?

Yes. Table planning, the room layout, food and nutrition management, the booker and guest portals, the venue live share and the API are all on the £9 plan. You move up to a member plan when you want member subscriptions or multiple groups, not to unlock event features.

Who receives the ticket money?

You do, at the point of sale. We never hold customer funds and there are no rebates or back end fees beyond the transaction fee shown on your plan.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

No. Every price on this page is exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Start on Events Only for a single event and move up when you add members or groups. Ask on a demo if you want the switch walked through with your own numbers.
